• BPT I Year : Human Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Psychology, Sociology, and English.
• BPT II Year : Microbiology, pathology, Exercise therapy including soft tissue Manipulation, Biomechanics, Electrotherapy(Low frequency & High frequency), Nursing and First Aid(Non Examination).
• BPT III Year : General Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatrics, Pharmacology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Physiotherapy for Orthopaedics, Clinical Orthopaedics, Physiotherapy for Neurological Conditions, Clinical Neurology.
• BPT IV Year : Physiotherapy for Cardio Respiratory Conditions, Clinical Cardio Respiratory Conditions, Rehabilitation Medicine, Community Medicine, Project Work.

• Age, Nationality and Domicile Certificate.
• Birth proof ( Birth certificate / Valid passport ).
• Std. X or equivalent passing certificate.
• Std. XII or equivalent mark sheet.
• Other documents as listed in the NEET brochure.

Admission For Bachelor Of Physiotherapy

Candidates seeking Admission into Physiotherapy Course can follow either of the two methods.

Through First method, the candidate has to get admission in to the college by counseling done by the KNR University of Health Sciences, Warangal. The Dates of Counseling will be published in leading news papers.

Through Second method, the candidate can be admitted in the college under the management quota. There are 30 seats available under counseling category and 20 seats under Management Category.

The application form and prospectus can be had from the office on payment of Rs.100/-.

Application from duly filled in, should be submitted in the college office. Copies of the following certificates should be enclosed with the application form. At the time of admission, the same should be submitted in original.

Memo of Marks.

Certificate.

Date of Birth Certificate.

Study Certificate.

Four color passport size photographs.

Caste Certificate if the candidate belongs to BC/SC/ST Categories.

List of selected candidates will be displayed as per the university schedule on the College notice board.

The College resources the right to cancel the admission of a candidate at any stage if it is found against the roles and regulations of the University or Government.

Payment Of Fees

First term free should be paid at the time of admission, and other teem fees should be paid before the stipulated date.

The fee once paid by the candidate will not be refunded under any Circumstances.

All the above payments should be made through Challan/DD at IndusInd Bank on Vaagdevi College Of Physiotherapy A/c No: 0134 p90004 150. If any candidate discontinues in the middle of the course, he/she has to pay the rest of the amount in order to attain transfer certificate. If any candidate applies for TC, he/she has to clear all the dues and produce a “No Dues Certificate”.

Internship Program

Internship is a phase of training where in a graduate is expected to conduct actual practice of Physiotherapy and Healthcare and acquire skills under direct supervision of Senior Medical Officer, so that he/shall may become capable of functioning independently.

Internship Time Distribution

Compulsory:

• Orthopedic Dept: 1 month.
• Neurology & Neuro Surgery Dept: 1 month.
• Dept. of Cardiology & Cardio Thoracic Surgery: 1 month.
• Dept General medicine and General Surgery & ICU Depts: 1 month.
• Physiotherapy Out Patient Dept: 1 month.
• Musculoskeletal, Pediatric Rehabilitation & Sports Physiotherapy Dept. of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Community Based Rehabilitation & Geriatrics: 1 month.

Every candidate will be required after passing final BPT examination to undergo compulsory rotational internship to the satisfaction of the college authorities and University concerned for a period of 6 months so as to be eligible for the award of the degree of Bachelor of Physiotherapy and full registration.
